These are the official Aniplex subs. Almost everything is subtitled but has minimal styling. However Yuuna's concert at the end is not subtitled at all, and so are a few pages of various books shown throughout.
Video is good but 720p.
Audio mixing however is a bit weird but unfortunately probably intentional. Dialogue is quite quiet compared to action sound effects.
