Ripped by OnDeed. Lesser known OVA with great animation by studio Madhouse. It somewhat resembles the works of Kawajiri Yoshiaki, with dark visuals and atmosphere. The R2J DVD is rather good quality, and hence this encode looks \*quite\* a bit better than the older rips.
