Releaser’s Notes: The SSIMU2 metric score of this episode is low from high film-grain. This episode is 85% flashback that has stereotypical flashback visual noise or film-grain. Preserving the full grain noise would have made this episode 1.2 GiB in size. I made the decision on this episode only, to adjust encoding settings to keep the episode size in-check and have a reason to have it. However the final visual result looks fine. Incidently some banding was fixed from the added film-grain. Episodes going forward use my standard encoding settings and score excellent on metrics. Chart of the score metrics is below to showcase the effect.
