Hey, quick question. Did you guys change something about the way you encode your releases or something? Not sure how long ago it started happening (a couple of weeks? maybe more, I wasn't paying attention). But, the player I normally use stopped showing the subs in the video. Like, when I right click and go to the Subtitles sub menu, the list of all the subtitle languages is there. So, it obviously detects them. But, they don't show in the actual video. The player I normally use is called Cowon jetAudio. But, because of this, I have to watch your releases in a different player, like the Windows Movies&TV app or Media Player Classic. It's not a big issue or anything. I'm just curious because I seem to have this issue in jetAudio only with your releases.

i just looked up that player and holy fuck that looks ancient. it would not surprise me at all if that player couldn't properly play a lot of newer codecs and subtitle formats. you should try using a more modern player like mpv (or mpvnet if you prefer a GUI for changing settings)

Yeah, I know the player is super old. But, I've never had any issues with it. It plays everything perfectly fine. I only recently started having this issue with the subs in Erai's releases. The videos themselves play normally, it's just that the subs don't show anymore. But they used to. lol
