The bitrate seems pretty low but there's not too much action, which probably explains why.

@Gnaxel I was sick for 3 weeks and got fired because of it. Once I will settle, I will try to push myself to release the raw translation without the editing, then will fix it after a couple of days. No ETA but I hope I will finish it b4 December, no proms thou. Plus I translate based on russian translation, but try to rely on what they actually say in japanese.
