How much time does it take you on videosubfinder on a single 20 min episode? Thanks for BJ if you do, then all BJ subbed would be in high quality softsubbed

It depends on lines of text. I have encountered 200 - 500 per anime. One EP takes maybe 90 mins, so it is quite time consuming. The first EP takes more... see below. * 1st step is videosubfinder. mostly automatic, but in the end you need to remove "false positives" (no real text images). * 2nd step is to do OCR with subtitleedit. This is quite tiresome. You get a raw subtitle file, with still lots of errors. * 3rd step is correction and timing the raw subs with the original file. you check, if the text fits the original. you have to catch all signs, OP/ED, insert songs and text not caught in the 1st step. * last step is timing the subs to the usually higher quality raw. This can be still interesting, when there have been changes in preview, etc.. mostly this happens with old TV airings vs. DVD/BD.

For shifting times of lines, sushi will do it automatically

Incidentally I found there were a few instances where a line of text was untranslated in the subs I got for this. If you have the same experience usually on the last line before the closing credits, check that the "finish" timestamp for the sub isn't typoed to before the start timestamp for the sub. I rectified this on my own copies. They were few and far between.
