Who knows, if Manga Entertainment still existed as a brand if they'd have released this without the green tint. Now, CR practically owns anime in every Western country. Except Australia/NZ (it's still Madman, I think), maybe.

@Impakt: I'm not sure. Considering this time the Japanese release also has the green tint, I doubt TOEI would give out a proper copy to other countries, and they would probably even go so far as to forbid other companies to fix the tint themselves. Japan is known for making sure their release is the best one, out of fear the Japanese people will start importing movies from other countries. @Ichiro4000: I'm very sorry, but I don't. Can't find anything about a Blu-ray for that region, so your best bet would be the Mexican websites of streaming services like Amazon or iTunes, but those don't seem to have it either. Your last chance would be local VOD services, but if Mexican iTunes and Amazon don't have it, I doubt those will. Looks like the license holder for that region is giving it the middle finger. Seems you are SOL and doomed to cam audio if you need that dub. You can get that here: https://nyaa.si/view/1576811 If memory serves me right, at least that audio was pretty good for cam audio. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you, my friend, but it is what it is. :'(
