Total filesize is barely much higher than said 720p release if you exclude the 5.1 tracks but the visual improvements are clear as you can see in these [comparisons here](https://slow.pics/c/q0X4xBle). You may notice that the grain strength in the 720p release is all over the place, hiding lots of blurring especially on backgrounds. I know some people might prefer that look, but the grain in the 1080p release is closer to the source.
