Aww, I think you should have left the Drama tracks as is because the songs are actually played in sequence with the drama (After a song, drama scene comes to play to follow up that act).
Pretty much a standard in ALL Anime OSTs with Drama tracks (I understand a good amount of Japanese).
All we have to do is rename it to .FLAC and it should revert back right?

Yes just rename the files from ".drama" back to ".flac".
