Your releases for some time now seem to always show fps as [23.810](https://i.imgur.com/47OW4di.jpg) while playing it in MPC and Frame rate mode : Variable in Mediainfo. I used to have the same issue when I encoded things in Staxrip. It is caused when it demuxes the input file and something gets screwed up in the timestamps. A simple fix is opening the re-encoded file with Header Editor in MkvToolNix. Find "Default duration" from Video track and change the value from 42000000 to 41708333.
