Ember’s file is good, and they also used SubsPlease. Comments on the SP upload were complaining about it not working in VLC or Pot, but nobody mentioned MPC or MPV, so it’s probably only a problem in garbage players (MPC plays it as expected)
I’m at a loss with the bullshit you just spewed… MPC has not been updated since like 9 years… MPC-HC last time was updated like in 2018. SO surely those two are much better.
MPV, honestly never used it on PC, i do use it on my phone (android)
Official site says so and many other sources too. I don’t care about github, it’s a great place but If i recall correctly. I stopped using MPC-HC 6 months after they said the support will stop, so that was like slightly into the 2018 or at the end of 2017. Since then I’m using PotPlayer, i think I tried another program but cannot recall. Before MPC-HC i was using MPC. at least that’s how i remember it
Never liked VLC and i too though that it was crap.
@Tow3r I’m impressed you read MPC and actually thought I was using the OG from 19 years ago rather than just writing MPC as short for MPC-HC. I thought it was common knowledge it’s still being maintained but apparently not.
There may be some legitimacy to the problem being with SubsPlease’ file because another upload popped up citing SP as the source and the time being 13m. Ember’s file is still good and uses SP source though.
