oh my gawd. "a glorified tourism ad for Gunma Prefecture. A cute one, though! For children!" well spoken. I've had a lot of fun with tourism-themed anime before but this one is, mah mah. it drags out forever, tells very little and the magical transformation is the lamest imaginable. I still haven't figured out what kind of animal gunma-chan is supposed to be, a cat with punk-afro hairdo? Nevertheless, many thanks for making this precious work available.
