Unfortunately the BD for OVA 2 is just an upscale but it does look marginally better than the DVD. I am not sure they are going to do a remaster of the 3rd season, Alternative World, but I am not filled with confidence. I'll see if I can find the DVDs and maybe it will come out alright.
