It's basic summary is: "Happy-go-lucky short stories of daily lives of the band members of Plasmagica and ShinganCrimsonZ.", but there are other bands who get focused on from Season 1 as well. In any event, here is the summary from MAL: https://myanimelist.net/anime/32039/Show_By_Rock_Short * * * * The Show by Rock Shorts (now officially "season 1") was produced by Studio Bones, and aired back in the summer season of 2016 in between season 1 and season 2, and pretty much flew under the radar of a lot of folks. Curiously it seems that in Japan it did not receive a BD release - only a DVD one. But in America it DID receive a BD release.... a BD release complete with pgs files, which was an introduction to OCR'ing things for me - and all I can say is that I am glad it was only a series of Shorts. Even so, for whatever reason it appears that no one has ever done a BD release of this little series in the five years since it aired. We are very glad to be able to finally present it to those fans of the franchise. There are still plans to be able to eventually come out with a BD release of Seasons 2, 3 and 4 of Show by Rock down the line. We will try as much as possible to continue to conform the releases with orz's efforts in Season 1 (which we did a BD release of that can be grabbed here: https://nyaa.si/view/1298732 ) and for the few eps of Season 2 they were able to complete. We attempted to hold to the same standard here in the BD Shorts as well.
