The first volume of Digimon Tamers in glorious full HD, dubbed over raw. This is the stereophonic edition, meaning that it has its audio in FLAC stereo. I was working on a 5.1 audio version with manual upmixing by means of Spleeter and Audacity, but that has been relegated to secondary importance (more on that later).

Hoping this seeds this time around, otherwise I’m gonna be super mad. If you downloaded the earlier torrent, delete the torrent file, and add this one to your client/seedbox/Colab/whatever.

Thank you so much

Looks good, but could definitely do with some strong antialiasing.

pretty much all line-art looks like this.

@Libag98, you’re most welcome, and I once again apologize for the delays.
@ChaoXide, thanks for bringing it to my notice, senpai. In fact, I too noticed the aliasing problem on my end. Unfortunately, there is little I can do before volume 3 as the files till volume 2 have already been encoded. Perhaps you could suggest a good anti-aliasing filter, and we could like, add it as an AviSynth script to the encode job for volume 3 onwards? Although I imagine this aliasing is a by-product of QTGMC, so the AviSynth script is gonna have to process the output of the encoder AFTER QTGMC.
EDIT: I should add, we’re using Hybrid Encoder. If that has an anti-aliasing function built in, I’d prefer to use that.
EDIT 2: I’ll explain our logic to go with QTGMC rather than IVTC later, but please, in the meantime, please suggest a suitable anti-aliasing function.

Hey thecharioteermode, I saw a while ago you mentioned you lost the CXRAW files, and that’s why you’re not doing a dual-audio release anymore. Does that mean if you had the files, you’d continue the old project (dual audio, not dubbed over raw)?
I do have the CXRAW files, but they were remuxed so I can’t seed the original torrent. If these are still of interest to you, I can look into uploading them somewhere.
I don’t mean to discredit the hard work you’ve put into this release! I just personally preferred the dual audio version. Whatever you choose to do, I’ll respect it - we all only have so much free time.

Thumbs up!
(The choice to go with the English credits is strange but meh! I will await the next batch as I still have last year’s release.)

@ceres, actually the thing about the CXRAW files I mentioned was for the Zero Two release, though I do not have the CXRAW files for Tamers at all. I got back the CXRAW files for Zero Two thanks to the efforts of UsifRenegade (a legend among men!), hence I’m still doing the dual-audio release for that. However, that and any potential dual-audio release for Tamers are completely unrelated. BFT and I just found it very cumbersome and ultimately not worth it to try and create a dual-audio version of Tamers, as more often than not, there were huge segments of audio that needed to be modified or spliced in from elsewhere, to the point that it would take away from the whole experience of watching the episodes in English. We found it far more easy and far more rewarding to splice and edit the BDMVs to the English dub, as then we could ultimately have as dub-centric an experience as possible. As for the rest of the Tamers, we’ll continue to do it this way until we complete the season. The priority right now is as follows:
We DID think that at some point we’ll do a dual-audio release with CXRAW and the Singaporean English dub; however, as I mentioned in the FAQ, most of what RenRei00 uploaded to BitChute and SharePoint seems to have been deleted, and I didn’t have the foresight to grab it while it was still up. If someone at some point releases that elsewhere, a dual-audio release with just those two audios (but NOT the Saban English dub) is not off the table.
Likewise, I have also resolved to finish Zero Two in dual-audio, in case you’re looking forward to that.

Filenames for legacy scrapers (with CRC32 hashes, so that you can verify the files’ integrity) in case you’re using Kodi: https://pastebin.com/zhvHKti8
Instructions in case you’re using a legacy scraper such as IMDb are given in the torrent description. This paste will be updated with further episodes’ filenames and CRC32 hashes as I release further volumes, so check back to this here torrent in case you download any further volumes and are using a legacy scraper, or just bookmark the PasteBin link.
NOTE: The CRC32 hashes are only valid for the stereophonic editions.
EDIT: I have edited all of the pastes related to this torrent to be unlisted (but not private). Just drop a line here in case you have trouble accessing them (it’s my first time using PasteBin for anything piracy-related).
