So I got a question. Why Funimation rips have always their subtitles a couple of frames ahead? e.g., if a subtitle ends at frame number 100, when the episode is remuxed, this same subtitle actually ends at frame number 102, instead of what is established in Aegisub. Why does it happen? Is there any way to avoid it, apart from moving all subtitles 2 frames? Thx!

are you using an actually updated version of aegisub? that could be related.
Yep, it's updated. It only happens with SubsPlease/Erai releases from Funimation's series, that's why it's weird.
probably because first frame is given different index position by aegisub and mkvtoolnix
