I extracted the chapters in xml format (for MKV Tool Nix), you can get them [here](https://www.dropbox.com/s/h0c4j3d22qysc9g/Chapters.zip?dl=1) I also split them for each episode, since in the blu ray they were unified in 2 chapters and each chapter had two episodes in it. Have a nice day!
