Encode settings here were interesting to say the least, but in short, DFTTest + V-BM3D both on weak settings, antialiasing passes on all three planes (some frames have some terrible chroma aliasing), light dehalo + two debanders masked too only hit the dark parts the hardest. Finally a contra sharpen because all of that started to blur the image too much, and then some grain. I did want to add more grain, but x265 wasn’t happy with it at all, so I had to settle with this. With any luck, the video stream should actually be watchable now.
