I would prefer you go with mkv (already voted), if you aren't can you please share me the tool and profile/config you are using as I'm encoding it to 540p but the size of my personal encode is quite similar to your 720p.

Sorry but I don't have any plan on sharing the settings/tool, as you can see even in the video I have removed those info, if it all one day I decide to stop encoding I'll post the encode settings so that someone else might continue my work. Also soon I'll be posting even smaller sized 480p videos.
