![text](https://i.imgur.com/X0ZAyhN.jpg) Encoded Psycho Pass The Movie into high quality MKV h.264 format with English, Japanese, and Director Commentary audio, along with English Subtitles as well. I used the Japanese Blu-Rays for the video and Japanese audio. I used the US Blu-Rays for the English audio and subtitles. @Chilled Stereo 2.0 audio, and very highly compressed 864p video that is a re-encode of an encode by CBM? That is inferior in both audio, and video quality to not only this, but multiple others out there. The only interesting thing about that release is they took the American voice actors speaking English, and replaced the Japanese voice actors speaking English parts with the English voice actors voices through audio editing. So now you don't hear the original Japanese voice actors trying to speak English anymore when watching the Japanese version. That particular audio edit to the Japanese audio track might be better than the original to a lot of people, but that doesn't mean the release as a whole is the better one out there just because of that edit. Just that the Japanese audio track is now better than the original to certain fans, thanks to the edit that was done. In my opinion, the only reason to grab that release is for that audio edit alone if you want that, so you can manually add it into any other better release out there as an audio playback option. That, or your only after a decent watchable release at a small file size, and don't care about the overall qualities of the audio and video tracks. Overall, it's certainly not terrible for the average viewer, and I will not rate it as awful, but its far from the best release out there when it comes to video quality.
