Honestly, the fansubbing community is toxic and elitist as fuck. People like Kamiyan, herkz, etc...all constantly bitching about something trivial. As if anyone really cares about file size these days lol just extract the subs and use whatever encode you want.

UPD. my, subs team made god-tier work. I would be fine with static b/w signs somewhere around the original texts, without rotation. They made WHOLE PICTURIES, like with diary or smartphone. Moreover, how they discerned all diary memos...just...wow

Cheers for not mangling the release down to a tiny size though. Hard drive space is hardly that expensive unless you really want an SSD for a data drive (and if that's what you want, then who am I to say no?) and hence good quality > small size. And I say that as someone who's still downloading via copper wiring -_-;
As long as these subs can differentiate between Lady Kaguya and Miss Kaguya by Hayasaka the Maid and Hayasaka the Flashy Student respectively, I will take this bloat over the fucking Funimation garbage tier translation. :)
Just skimmed through the episode, but that typesetting... Seriously, if the video lags somewhere because of the typesetting, I swear it, I'm gonna sue you.
^Video lags likely if you're using MPC with madVR+xysubfilter with low-range GPU. I switch to mpv if those occur, though it might still lag but not as bad as MPC.
Making the right decision and leaving it alone for once. :^)
(Serious answer though: no idea, surprised there isn't an upload of that by now, but with no "お可愛いこと" in this episode, they probably don't see the need for it.)
I'm surprised so many people complain about the bloat since assuming most people here are seasonalshitters who should already be used to the HS 1.4GB releases.
