I know It’s HEVC bro. As in the Mediainfo, the CRF is high which means a low quality and low bit-rate and that leads to a small size. I thought this is a re-encode, this is why I asked.

@Ardybandy You’re talking to a group whose majority of releases are re-encodes, so with that mindset it’s not surprising the quality on this torrent. Look at the banding at image 2. That chart is what the devs said.

I have the Japanese Blu-rays of this and it’s not 136 GB, it’s around 80-90 GB the rest is filled with a lot of live action video and extras.

If you’re looking for quality video for this anime (or others) you’ll have to look elsewhere. Only those who don’t really care about quality video would want something like this (even if it was a re-encode) or just wants an anime with small file size to check out quick (like me) will look at this at 1080p for 12, 24 minute episodes.
