12-bit color? That's a bit overkill, but okay.
Taking a look at the preview image, that's a ton of compression artifacts. I hope it's just due to the JPG quality and isn't representative of the content's quality.
The timing is a bit early on the first OVA as well (tested on both VLC and MPV), the 2nd seems fine though. Also what format are the retimed 3rd OVA subs in? Since hastebin has it saved as a makefile for some reason.
