Nah, the show isn't over. The 2nd BD box comes out in March. It's not that uncommon for BD volumes containing the already aired first half/third/quarter of episodes to be released while the show is still airing.

the full version was released digitally a while ago, but that doesn't help with the lyrics. i guess it's possible it's only on a full CD, but the previous OPs by the same band weren't, so i think a single is still more likely.

If it's on an album it's one I don't know of, 99RadioService's last album was 'Love is Gold' released in 2015. I'm thinking it may just be included on the OST whenever that comes out.

Not yet, likely won't be announced until closer to the end of the series. Weren't the previous EDs similar in that they didn't get released as singles? Or maybe it'll just be digital only because who buys CDs anymore...
