I just wish this had a BD release, the Game rip is even worse than the CCC BDs. The source quality was *abysmal*. Heavy blocking and banding in almost every scene, and hard to fix without destroying a lot of background detail. On top of that, every 3rd and 4th frame was blended (AABBA, where A is a normal frame and B is a blended frame). With some math magic I managed to restore them for the most part (thanks Myaa and motbob!), but there's still some slight artifacting visible if you pay close enough attention. Regardless, this is the best I can do within reason. Filtering includes deblending, manual decimation, deblocking, denoising, descaling, mild sharpening and deringing, and scenefiltered debanding + heavy graining. It ain't pretty, but it works.
