They started only on chapter 97.
Chapter 97 is also translated by Memi Mori (here: https://oniichanshinpai.wordpress.com/ascendance-of-a-bookworm-097/ )
Furthermore the Flying Lines translation continues the translation (current state: chapter 109, published yesterday).
P.S. I would like to know: is the chapter 103 really the end of arc 2, or not? (Is the second epub a complete arc?)
