Why won't Episode 10v2 download past 99,9% Oo

Just tried downloading this again, this time only the two files that were stuck at 99,9% and 0% (Episode 10 and Subtitle file respectively), and they downloaded quickly now. Thank you for the fix ^^

You mean the sfv? It's not a subtitle, it's CRC-32 Verification. I don't do external subtitles.
