Not only is this just an inconsistently repackaged version of [this](https://nyaa.si/view/994669), which still has a working mega mirror, but you also forgot to include v04 and this torrent is still not fully seeded 90 minutes after release.

So please be patient it will be downloaded quickly after the time frame. The fan-translated versions are some hard work when someone took the time to convert the raw files which are time-consuming and requires a little language skill to make manga available to you with free of cost. But I will keep this as a request when the official digital versions are available.
