Love is in the Green Wind (Koi wa midori no kaze no naka) (恋は緑の風の中) (1974) with English subtitles.
Junichi gradually falls in love with Yukiko during the summer holidays. Parents and (despite the holidays) teachers are not happy with how quickly their kids grow up.
Subtitles timed and made into a custom DVD by kemushi, I provided the HDTV capture and paid for the translation.
