Did you spatially denoise this? There's loss of detail in her outfit but I don't see anything in your encoding settings that would account for it.

I'm using weak denoise. But there's nothing different with not using denoises :/

It looks like it's been through a 720p downscale. Once you see it there you can see it other places as well. It's a loss of crispness in fine details.
