Sure there's no problem eh. Not like A1 didn't went out their wae to fix anything :)
Shows only have changes in the Blu-ray if it's drastically needed or there are continuity errors that the producer wanted to have fixed.
Stuff that you're talking about is like that because it's supposed to be stylistically like that to ensure animation fluidity.
Sacrificing character shading isn't something new.
Even Ufotable's UBW with Shirou vs Gilgamesh had more simple shading, but it was masked pretty well by gradients and their post-processing filters.
A lot of shows do it.
People who dont understand animation trying to criticize animation, smh. That scene is great and has awesome choreography and animation, it's impressive from technical stand point. it didn't need any fixing. It's a style. Don't like it , no problem. Don't call it bad, as that's objectively wrong. Expecting every frame to be a painting is biggest error to make when judging animation, and how to not be taken seriously.
https://blog.sakugabooru.com/2018/01/15/fate-apocrypha-production-notes-23-25-and-final-impressions/ . You call it memefest because you never looked at what people who understand animation say (or animators themselves) and just look at the memes from ignorant people.

Many shows correct tiny off-model errors. Not just drastic changes. It's a common practice.
Witness contrary to what people think for Kill La Kill

and Witch Craft Works:

and of course, every SHAFT animated show
If all those changes didn't happen, the excuse would've been "oh it was intentional for the style"
If anyone decides to retime UTW subs, please fix Episode 24. They're literally missing a line during Amakusa Shirou's NP.
It's supposed to be
"Left Hand: Degenerative Drive,
Right Hand: Space Isolation"
But for some reason, they forgot to add in the "Left Hand" part.
Also they have a ton of typos. So it might just be a better idea to grammar-check APEX's work instead and fix some of the Engrish,
or just rip Netflix's subs which is probably the most accurate and doesn't have any of these issues.
