So glad you've stuck with this project. Thanks!
New to Dr Slump, I presume this older and far longer anime adaption is superior to the shorter one that was released later on?

@HikariGo Short answer: Yes. (Old Dr. Slump > New Dr. Slump) Long answer: The intent Toei had in 1997 when they made New Slump was to capitalize off of the success of Dragon Ball. They had just finished airing GT and they hoped to keep the fabled “Toriyama Block” of 7:00 pm on Wednesdays going strong (it had been going strong since 1981). Now, 7:00 pm is a primetime spot, so whole families would be watching this. It’s safe to assume with the popularity of the first Slump series, that most parents and young adults would have watched the original show, maybe even in reruns, and would be familiar with it. Being mindful of new audiences, Toei molded New Slump into a hip, current (as of 1997) version of the original and made it self contained (more or less). So, it’s really a matter of opinion on which is better, Old Slump vs. New Slump, original character/building/vehicle designs versus new ones, hand drawn animation vs. early computer assisted animation, slow pace vs. quick pace, more non canon stories vs. less, etc. But I don’t believe the intent of Toei was for one to be picked over the other, instead they should be watch in chronological order, preferably with all of Dragon Ball in the middle for context.
old Slump is better, btw Dragon Ball, if i'm not mistaken all 153 episodes got some Dr Slump reference, which was not the case with DBZ also thank you very much for sharing the files!!
@HikariGo It's like original DBZ vs DBZ Kai.
